At Sulhamstead and Ufton Nervet Primary School, our enrichment clubs play an important role in enhancing the school experience for all children. We are proud to offer a range of opportunities that allow pupils to explore new interests, develop existing talents and build confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our clubs are designed to complement the curriculum while promoting creativity, teamwork, wellbeing and enjoyment. We value pupil voice and aim to provide a variety of activities that reflect the interests of our children.

Some of the clubs we currently offer include:

• BSL Club – Introducing children to sign language, helping to develop communication skills, inclusivity and awareness of different ways to communicate.

• Explorers Club - Providing opportunities for children to explore stories from the Bible, encouraging reflection, discussion and developing understanding of Christian values.

• Yoga Club – Supporting children’s physical and emotional wellbeing through relaxation, movement and mindfulness.
• After-School Sports Club – Providing opportunities to develop physical skills, teamwork and a love of active, healthy lifestyles.
• Lego Club – Promoting creativity, problem-solving and collaboration through imaginative building challenges.
• Dance Club – Allowing children to express themselves through movement while developing coordination and confidence.
• Drama Club – Giving pupils the chance to explore storytelling, character and performance, helping to build confidence and communication skills.

Our enrichment clubs are led by dedicated staff and experienced external providers. They offer valuable opportunities for children to try something new, form friendships across year groups and develop skills beyond the classroom.

Tuesdays 3.15-4.30pm - Years 1-6 Explorers Club run jointly by the school and the Church. Please contact the school office to enquire about spaces.

Thursday 3.15-4.15pm - MNR Football Club. Please book via the School Gateway app.

Fridays 3.15-4.15pm - Year 1 - 6 Avenue Dance Club
